This index will always be incomplete, simply because we are now unable to find the information that we would like to bring forward. Its unfair really, that although we remember the medium and what he did during his stay on the earth plain, we never seem to get that much information about the guide(s) who worked through them. Yes, we might know their names and we might surmise where they came from, but in those days it seems that not many took the oportunity to document who those wonderful spirit entities were, other than of course their name and how good they were at what they did.
